The kit features pre-sealed corners to help create a watertight seal during installation and reduce the risk of water infiltration around the unit. It is suitable for replacing an existing gasket or installing a compatible air conditioner. The leveling pad is not included. Confirm the roof opening and air conditioner compatibility before installation.
