1. Use of the Website
The website is provided to allow customers to browse available products, create an account, place orders and make online payments.

3. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes are calculated based on the delivery address and the tax rules applicable to the transaction.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated before the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
Any order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
Caravane 201 inc. reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to refuse or cancel an order in particular in the following circumstances:

- inability to deliver to the address provided;
- technical error affecting the transaction.
Where an order must be cancelled after payment has been processed, amounts collected for the cancelled products will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed through Stripe or through payment methods made available by Stripe in the online store.
The order must be paid and the payment authorized before the products are shipped or prepared for pickup.
Caravane 201 inc. does not directly retain complete payment card information when such information is processed by the payment provider.
6. Shipping
Orders eligible for shipment are delivered within Canada, primarily through Canada Post.
Available shipping services, charges and estimated delivery times are presented to the customer before the order is confirmed.

7. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at no charge when this option is offered.
The order must still be paid online at the time of purchase.
The customer must wait for confirmation that the order is ready before going to the store.
Proof of identity or proof of order may be requested at the time of pickup.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return, exchange and refund terms are described in the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.
Caravane 201 inc.'s commercial policies do not limit any rights or remedies granted to consumers under applicable laws.
9. Product Availability
Availability displayed on the website may vary.
