These chunks add a mild smoky flavour with a sweet, distinctive whiskey aroma to grilled and smoked foods. They are ideal for beef, pork, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables. Designed for use directly with charcoal grills, smokers or compatible sear plates, they provide approximately 350 cubic inches of coverage. They are also suitable for adding smoky flavour to gas grilling when used with a compatible charcoal tray.
