67002 (NAPOLEON) COPEAUX DE BOIS D’ÉRABLE POUR FUMAGE

67002 is Napoleon Maple Wood Chips made from naturally sourced, kiln-dried sugar maple hardwood. They produce a light, sweet and subtle smoke flavor and pair particularly well with bacon, ham, pork, poultry and fish. The chips can be used with gas BBQs, charcoal grills, smokers and compatible smoker boxes, pipes or trays. For longer-lasting smoke, Napoleon recommends soaking the chips in water before use. The product is also suitable for smaller, faster-cooking foods such as steaks and chops.
